By installing or using the Tab Redesign Chrome extension ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("the Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use this extension.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply concurrently with the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party payment service providers (including Merchant of Record providers). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of the third-party service providers in matters relating to payments, the terms and conditions of the third-party service providers shall prevail.

This service is solely owned and operated by LINGHAN XU, with the registered address at 1987 Cogswell Cir, Los Banos, California 93635, USA.

Tab Redesign is a Google Chrome browser extension that allows users to arrange multiple browser tabs into a predefined grid layout for multitasking. Currently available layouts include 1x2, 2x1, 2x2, and 2x3.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate our services. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any significant changes or adjustments to paid services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of our services at any time without liability (except as required by applicable law).

The delivery, authorization, and access to paid features are governed by these Terms and Conditions and the Service Provider Buyer Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use this extension in the Google Chrome browser in accordance with these terms.

You must

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this extension.
• Modify or create derivative works of this extension
• Sell, assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer any rights to this extension
• Do not use this extension for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Remove or change any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices in this extension.

Tab Redesign currently offers free features, but we may offer paid features or a premium version in the future, at which time we will inform users in advance.

This extension, along with its original content, features, and design, is the proprietary property of LINGHAN XU and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This extension may be offered as a paid service in the future (“Paid Service”). By purchasing or subscribing to the Paid Service, you agree to pay all associated costs. We reserve the right to adjust prices or subscription fees in the future, and any changes will be notified to users in advance within a reasonable period.

Subscription services renew automatically on a periodic basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management page provided by Merchant of Record. It is your responsibility to ensure that your subscription status and payment information are up-to-date.

When you purchase or subscribe to a paid service: Creem will act as the Merchant of Record (“MoR”) to handle matters related to payments, global tax compliance (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.), invoicing, refunds, and dispute resolution (such as chargebacks). You enter into a purchase agreement with Creem and authorize Creem and its payment partners to collect the corresponding fees from your designated payment method.

All payment, refund, and invoice-related matters are handled by Merchant of Record (MoR) in accordance with its policies; we do not process refunds separately. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

This extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that this extension will run uninterrupted, without errors, or securely, nor do we guarantee that defects will be corrected.

We are not responsible for any issues in the service provider's payment process (including but not limited to payment failures, incorrect deductions, and tax issues).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LINGHAN XU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, etc.) arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use this extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you (whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theory) exceed the amount you have actually paid to the relevant Merchant of Record (MoR) service provider for this service in the past 12 months. For free users, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for service interruptions, payment failures, tax issues, or other losses caused by force majeure, third-party payment service providers, Merchant of Record (MoR) service providers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of California for resolution.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. We will also announce important changes through in-app notifications or on our official website.

By continuing to use this extension, you agree to the revised terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
