Tab Redesign operates with minimal permissions in design. We only access the following information locally when you actively interact with the extension:
- The title and URL of your currently open tab (only for display in the assignment interface, not uploaded to any server).
- The current browser window's position and size information (only used for calculating split-screen layout, not uploaded).
All of the above information is processed locally on your device and will not be transmitted to our servers or any third party.

Tab Redesign only requests the following Chrome permissions, each with a clear purpose:
- tabsRead the tab title and URL to display a list of available tabs in the allocation interface.
- windowsManage browser window position and size for precise split-screen layout.
We do not request "host permissions" (access to all website content), "storage" (storing user data), or any network access permissions.

Since we do not collect any user data, there is no data sharing. We will not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, advertisers, data brokers, or any other party.

Tab Redesign does not transmit or store user data, so there is no risk of data leakage. All operations are performed on your local device.
